I thought writing would be easy but with a blank page in front of me I wonder why I said I’d do this. Well, I asked really but anyway…
Shafting others is one of the ways that some people like to get ahead. Some like to pick on a person to try to bully and show that you’re tough, macho and management material. Every office and record company has one of these. Some individuals are ruthless and less sneaky, remember the manager that used to nail people’s hands to tables to get deals signed? No? Well you must be young then!
Getting ahead to many is a game, it doesn’t matter who’s being walked on, pushed, stabbed in the back or any of that stuff. Getting to the top is all that matters. No one will get in the way. The damage that they cause is of no concern to them.
Well, I’m fed up with people like that. They seem to be taking over. Maybe it’s the rise of the me, me, me generation, I don’t know but it’s annoying.
I dare people to ‘out’ these people in the comments section so we can stop and have a laugh at them. I invite you to tell your experiences of being shafted. Lets hear the stories of being taken for a ride or being ripped off!
