Trainees at Deep have professional audio resources and equipment to use during their study in a fully fitted industry recording studio environment to practice their skills. The study is for a City & Guilds suite of qualifications in Sound Engineering and Music Technology which include:

Students produce a personal portfolio of evidential work on all courses and commitment & attendance is very important and failure to achieve in either case may fail your final certification. Class sizes in all subject areas are no bigger than 6-10 trainees per lesson, interruptions and disruptions to study are not allowed.

No exams are required as entry to any of the courses which makes those studio recording courses extremely popular as all trainees are tutored by industry recording engineers to obtain hands-on industry experience inside Deep's recording studio.
